Buttons-Press the key to be sent.....

When I select FSUIPC buttons tab, check aircraft specific , push button which is reconised , press set , press ctrl + alt + a (in that order) into the "Press the key to be sent....."window ,it is written as alt + ctrl + a . So what happens is the menu comes up. Any ideas ?

As the documentation points out, it is NEVER a good idea to use the ALT key for anything, UNLESS you want to sent it to bring a Menu up.

The order is irrelevant in the display, they all have to be sent together -- the ALT makes the combination a "System Key" operation.

Using FS2004 version 3.44 FSUIPC

3.44 is unbelievably out of date and hasn't been supported for years. Please do not come back for any more support until you have updated.
