Gauge version?

Recommended Posts

the product seems very interesting, but there are some like me who don't like flying in windowed mode, plus pausing and resuming the simulator is kinda annoying, so could you please inform me if there are future plans for a "gauge" version of Super Traffic Board?

Thank you.

I understand that not everyone likes window mode, but you can switch off the pause/resume in FSX settings. Go to "General Settings" and make sure "Pause on Task Switch" is unchecked.

The main problem with the gauge approach is that Microsoft have not provided a platform for running .net applications inside FSX; they have to be programmed in c++ instead. So this is an area that requires research, do you have any sources of information that might help?

I haven't purchased STB yet, mainly because i never/don't like running fsx in window mode...but i've read good reviews and comments about it and it seems to be a good upgrade to sdk's traffic tools which i've tried only once or twice for the same reason.

Unfortunately i can't help you with C++ as i know almost nothing about programming...
