Route String Coordinates

I am having trouble pasting in a route in the 'route string' when it has coordinates such as 4400N 05000W. I have tried everything and the '/' key is not allowed in the box to use like the NAT tracks have i.e. 47/50. I also would like to know how to manually add a fix. Thanks.
