Volker, I upgraded to v8.5, thanks for the information, however, I still have problems with the database manager.

FS9 computer is running xp64, FSC computer is running win7. I have mapped FS9 on the FSC computer and can start the FSC db mgr, it begins loading the data but never completes the load. After several tries, I decided to load FSC on the FS9 computer, and the db mgr completed the load cycle and FSC runs just fine, so I know it's not a problem with my FS9 information.

Any ideas on how I can get the FSC computer to complete the db mgr loading so I can use it via my network?

thanks for the support,

tommie c

Hi Tommie,

this error are very strange, because it's a DOS error and our appication are running only under WINDOWS.

1) Please run the same procedure as you have done before on both computer.

2) Now send following files from BOTH PC's:

FSCDBM_FS09.LOG, FSC_Protocol.log, FSC_Info.LOG, FSCDBM_FS10.LOG

to my e-mail adress, which you find at the bottom on our website.

Regards,

Volker

I have this exact same problem.

All worked fine, but then I switched my FSX machine from Vista Ultimate x64 to XP Pro x64, and then I went to update the Db on my laptop, and I keep getting the too many files error, or on the very few occasions that the manager completes its tasks, airports are missing.

Please help me. Let me know if there is anything or information. Thanks in advance,

Scott
