I had my CH Yoke buttons 8 and 9 set to cycle the view modes (8 advanced the view COCKPIT/VC/TOWER/SPOT and 9 cycled backwards of that) and had to cancel them to make some adjustments. Now I cannot get them back. I tried programming the buttons via 'Select as FS Control' as 8-New View 9-Previous View but this does not have any effect and now I am at a loss as to how to make it happen. There are several different controls in this area which do different things. And they are different for FS9 and before and FSX. Without knowing any more about what you are using or wanting to really do I can't help. What version of FS, and what keypresses do what you want? They are "View mode" and "View mode rev" controls. Generally it is more efficient to program controls directly. "A" and "Shift + A" changes to different views within a category.
