I'm trying to disable the FSX default traffic, but when I click on the disable FSX default traffic option, I get this message:

F:\FS Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\MyTraffic>cd MyTraffic

The system cannot find the path specified.

F:\FS Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\MyTraffic>rename ..\scenery\world\scene

ry\trafficAircraft.bgl trafficAircraft.bgl.passive

A duplicate file name exists, or the file

cannot be found.

F:\FS Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\MyTraffic>Pause

Press any key to continue . . .

You must have run a FSX "repair" after installation of an addon, something MS does not support. Repair can only be applied to standard installations without any addons.

This said, since you already have a file trafficAircraft.bgl.passive as the backup copy of the default traffic, just delete trafficAircraft.bgl manually.
