New Feature: Go to Gate

This one was overlooked in the release as it came in right at the last moment, a subtle but very useful configuration change.

Many airports the world over, passengers have to wait in the "depature lounge" along with everyone else, and enjoy the shop prices, sitting on the floor, etc. After a while you are summoned to the gate area, generally a more relaxing and spacious experience while final preparations are made to your departure aircraft.

In STB V3, we can implement this experience too. Flights that do not have an AI aircraft available at the departure airport are listed as "Wait in Lounge"; without the AI there isn't a gate allocation and nowhere for passengers to go. When the AI does show up courtesy of the preceeding arrival flight parking or dynamically created by an external scheduling engines such as UT2, things get going. The gate information becomes availablem so STB updates the departure flight to "Go to Gate" and the stampede can begin. Following that, pre-board and boarding start according to the schedule, and varies a little according to how far the flight has to travel to the destination. This gives long haul flights longer boarding times than short haul, but also a random distribution to reflect the operations of a real world airport.

Thanks to Burkhard Renk of MyTrafficX for the go to gate suggestion!
