MTX 5.3a And UT2

Hi Burkhard.

I am amazed at MTX but more amazed by the care, helpfullness, promptness, respect and genuine concern you have for customers. It is much more than the "$" - I believe MTX is your passion. I've always wondered - how many people you have helping you? I don't see how you can constantly develope the program and always be so responsive to questions and problems customers have. I, for one, appreciate your work and all that you have done and wish life's best for you.

Now on to the subject of this post.. .

I have both products and have used both - one at a time and together. When using and compiling using "No UT2 or FSLive 2 airlines" in MTX 5.3a, I see no reduction of MTX aircraft. Is MTX 5.3a still as effective as previous versions in regards to working with UT2?

Thanks

Thanks for tge flowers. The feedback on this forum is driving the development very much, as much as gives motivation to continue even when it is hard sometimes.

To your question: ( I assume you made sure Trafficdatabasebuilder got copied). Are the commercial schedules in MyTraffic\scenery of a new date, and far smaller as if you make them without this box checked, or have we simply to search why they don't arrive where they should go?

Burkhard, Is there any simple way to include a little routine in the upgrade to insure that the "trafficdatabasebuilder.exe" ends up in the MyTraffic folder and if not, a message to remind the user to make sure that it needs to be installed? I feel sure that there will be others that will experience this. Even is UT2 is not used, this file is neccessary for proper operation of MyTraffic.

I could add a warning into the Communicator if it does not exist, that would be allowed by MS law department.

Sounds like a good idea - that should work. I think it may prevent future inquiries due to the file not being there for some reason.
