This button is nonexistent in Version 3.98 of FSUIPC.dll (at least in the "About & Register" tab) used with FS2004 (ACOF). Where did it go? And if it is no longer available, what is the procedure to register an application program with FSUIPC 3.98 (when one has an addon application registration key for FSUIPC)?
