FSUIPC Screen Display Clipped

Recommended Posts

Hi Pete

This hasn't happened previously, but today when I went to configure a few key presses in FS2004 - FSUIPC version 3.9.1.5 the module screen display was clipped on the right hand side making it impossible to use........see image :

Any ideas as to what is causing this?

3.915 is far too old to support. You won't have the problem if you simply update to at least a 2010 version of FSUIPC. Version 3.98 has been current for nearly a year now and is the earliest version still supported.

Please always check you are using a supported version before posting here.

Hi Pete

Sorry for not checking the currency of my FSUIPC.dll, I just presumed I had the latest version installed. I know I updated it last year sometime. I'm wondering if I installed some 3rd Party aircraft that replaced FSUIPC.dll with an older version.

Anyhow it doesn't matter, I have just updated to version 3.9.8.0 and it is displaying properly and functioning as needed

I tend to think that the display problem was an aberration in Windows because I know FSUIPC was displaying correctly a couple of months ago because I set up a number of switch functions on some new hardware. I keep a backup of my system for every day for the last 3 months and I checked the version I was using when I last configured FSUIPC and it was the older version.

Cheers

Paul
