[SOLVED] Registration of WIDEFS Impossible

Hello,

I try to register widefs on my computer since weeks and weeks but this is IMPOSSIBLE :

I bought FSUIPC many years ago as :

MARNET Christophe

cmsl at wanadoo.fr

keycode***********

I bought WIDEFS many months ago as:

Christophe MARNET

cmsl at hotmail.fr

keycode**********

I try to register wide fs first then FSUIPC ---> ERROR (even i use the "clear" button)

I need help i'am lost !!!!

FSUIPC version installed : 3.989d

WIFEFS last version installed.

I think the problem comes from the registration name because in the first case is MARNET Christophe & the second case Christophe MARNET...

Correct. There's no way the system will allow a different name for the two parts. I did change it to accept the more common problem, that of a different email address, as folks change their email reasonably often. But name changing, no. There has to be a limit on how users are identified. And it is a far more flexible system, tying it to a person, than limiting it to a specific PC only and having to have new registrations for upgrades and so on.

You'll have to fill in a problem ticket at SimMarket and see if they will re-issue you a registration with the same name as you used before.

I received a new key with my name & surname in correct order.

All is working Well now.
