Flightplan saved as PMDG

Recommended Posts

I want to save a flightplan in FSC via the "save as" mode for PMDG.

I need to indicate the "path", but there I don't see PMDG (others, which are visible, are e.g. FS Commander, Flight Simulator X, FS Flight Plans, etc.)

So It is not possible to save the plan in the right folder!

In the "Save/load" area PMDG is present and has been checked.

I'am using FSC version 9.1 Build: 27-09-2011. OS Windows 7/64 and FSX.

How to solve this?

Hi ???,

have you read the manual?

Chapter 5.4 Saving and loading flight plans, page 61, paragraph: ... add-on aircraft as PMDG, Level D, iFly, etc. are located in a subdirectory of Flight Simulator itself. Therefore you have to specify the location of your Flight Simulator.

Have you seen the screenshots also?

I am also having a problem saving my flightplans in the PMDG format. I have set the path of FSX to C:\Program Files (X86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X, which is where my PMDG\Flightplans are located - yet when I create a flightplan and save it (with the PMDG format selected) the flight plan does not appear in the PMDG\flightplans folder or PMDG\flightplans\ngx folder.

I have read the instruction manual and cannot see what I am doing wrong - any help appreciated. Screenshot of my paths attached
