Many new airlines where added not only for the 5.4A release, but some missing from previous releases also. You can download the collection by clicking here. Just unzip them to wherever you keep your logos for STB. Full details about managing logos can be found in the STB user guide, starting at page 81. I hope so, but as others have already discovered it's not as simple as connecting your existing add-on to P3D. Some things will work when you do that, but not everything.
