I am unable to forward a flight plan to FS9 because when selecting load/save the boxes on the right are greyed out so I am unable to tick Flight Simulator.

Any help would be much apppreciated

Hello Volker

Yes I did read the new manual but I don't think you are understanding what I am saying. When I select windows - options I then get tabs for Colors,Display,Flight,Online,Keys, and Downloads but the is not one for Flightplan.

regards

Brian,

The menu item Window/Options has nothing to do with loading or saving flight plans. Where did you see in the manual that it does?

However, the menu item Flight Plan/New/Open/Load does.

After entering the flight plan area you will see the Paths TAB..

Pahts has to do with where files are at on your PC.

After a flight plan is created (NEW) or loaded it can the be:

Flight Plan Saved/Saved As ... which also shows the Paths "tab".

What page is this information on in your manual? .. to verify you have the correct manual.

Vaughan,

First of all, many thanks to you for your explanations.

Brian,

You are using the manual from version 9.0.

The current version is 9.2. Since its release, these changes have been made.

The TAB Flightplan is removed from the Options window, and was as TAB PATH in the Load/Save window re-created.

If you compare both manuals, you will understand the meaning of the changes.

Volker
