This will switch off everything completely (100% shutdown). this include a standard version as well as an excellerated version. -standard version: let you allow to actively follow each step -Fast version: well this really bring it down in a few seconds. http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?CatID=fsxutil&DLID=170533 If you dont want certain button/switches to be switched off, just remove those from the script.
