StewCal 0
Just installed My Traffic last night then proceeded to do a flight from EINN to KBOS. Both airports are payware airports and I noticed issues with both. Shannon's runways were bumpy and Boston had overlapping runways and mounds in the middle of my landing runway (Also had some serious stuttering while taxiing in BOS). I'm assuming that this is due to the My Traffic afcads overwriting the payware ones. If so do I just need to delete the My Traffic afcads? How do I identifly them? Do I need to do this for all payware airports? I appologize if this is discussed in the documentation, haven't had a chance to read them thoroughly. Did a search in the forum and didn't find my issue addressed. Thanks Steve Giblin Edited August 15, 2012 by StewCal
Ian P 10
The answer to this is indeed in the manual - you need to move MyTrafficX lower down your scenery library, below the add-on sceneries. If the addon sceneries are at a higher priority (i.e. lower numbered, closer to the top) layer than MTX, then their AFD files will be used in preference to MyTraffic's. The correct places to place the MyTrafficX layer, so it overwrites the defaults, but doesn't affect add-ons, are shown in the manual. Ian P.
