Recommended Posts

Hi,

Sorry for my english, i hope you understand me : i downloaded google earth (last version) and i configured fs commander correctly to communicate between the two softs.

FSC found google earth but an error message like this appeared on the screen : "the folder of Google earth does not meet the expectation of the operating system"

And i can't synchronize google earth with fsc.

I configured fsc and google earth as administrator

can you help me ?

Thanks a lot

Hello,

I could understand you, dont worry. If it is for you easier, you can also write in french.

You wrote you have configured FSC and Earth as administrator. Are you also running FSC and earth with admin Account?

Please give me more details,

Wich Opersting System is running (XP, Vista, Win7)?

Where are FSC and Google Earth installed (Path)?

Best regards

Eric

Hi,

this error can occurs when GE has been installed on C:\ and the operating system is installed on another drive or

the file ...\FSC9\User\Blackbox\FSCPosSym.fsc is corrupt and shows 0 = Zero bytes. (According to a note from mopperle)

Check these two options and also compare the settings from Michaels screenshot.

Regards,

Volker
