Previously used V 8 IN wIN7 32 PROG.Now new system, WIN 7 64 bit

I am in despair trying to install current V FSC921. 3 attempts obeying

all Win 7 requirements. (Disable UAC. Disable firewall-AVAST Free

and right click "run as administrator" for install.) Install seems OK, seems all

FSC files in chosen location. Have tried C:/fsc and D:/FSC.The FSC

map window is prexent with full range of FSX navigation info'

When I try to run the Database : The top dialogue box "c:/" or "d:/" is

blank and Iam unable to enter a path. In the window it says: "Invalid Path"

Going through Trouble shooter I find "Incompatible Application"

I love the program but I am in desperate need of some help!

My regards

Hi Volker

Thanks for reply.

I have arrived at the conclusion: there is no connection FSC to FSX!

Seems I shall need to reinstall FSX.This is no great problem; it is new

install; only addons being two aircraft and current V FSUIPC.

1) The two addon aircraft are not listed in FSC.

2) Although I can create and load a flight plan; no aircraft shows on the map.

In the Db manager window there is a list of files in both left/right window

and now with the FSC path (D:/FSC) entered the text msg top right

ln the Db Manager windoe says "Invalid Path" Again this would also

indicate no communication between the programs.

Cpoild you please let me know if you defer from my conclusion before

I uninstall FSX

My regards

Dave
