Help with P3D 1.4 & My Traffic 3D

Recommended Posts

Hello folks,

Started getting an issue when I boot P3D with the following below notification.

Here's what I currently have and getting the problem.

1. P3D in Root of C:

2. My Traffic folder in Root of P3D

3. P3D SDK Folder in Root of P3D

4 Dll.xml has been modified to incorporate sdk traffictool.dll

5. P3D config: SimObjectPaths.7=SimObjects\MyTraffic\Aircraft

6. P3D Scenery Added - Path Point to My Traffic\Aircraft

Where am I going wrong folks?

Thanks so much and have a blessed one.

The error you are making is at step 6... You need only go as far as "My Traffic", not "Aircraft", to add the scenery library entry.

If you look at the MyTraffic folder, you will find that the scenery folder, which your screenshot shows P3D cannot find, is in there, not inside the aircraft subdirectory.

Ian & Burkhard,

"ME" was thinking that based on the simobjectspath......MyTraffic\Aircraft in config, that in P3D that it had to point to MyTraffic\Aircraft.....in the scenery setup tab???

It appears to be working fine with the way Ian told me to do it..

Thanks so much folks,
