strange behavior

Recommended Posts

Hello Folks,

installed the version 4.90 of FSUIPC4, a registered version, and got some very strange issue i never had before with the last version;

every time i switch views, with the A key or use PF keys or want to use radio, ATC window, or use shift + 2 or 3 etc...i have a black screen for about 1-2 seconds, the sim is running fine

but these black screen periods are very annoying as you could imagine.

Any ideas ?

should i uninstall FSUIPC, then re-installing it or uninstalling it and re-installing the previous version ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Cheers.

Sorry, but it simply cannot be anything to do with FSUIPC because it really does nothing unless you ask it to, and will simply not be aware of you using those options unless you have programmed it to intercept them and do something. Furthermore the only difference between 4.90 and "the last version" is that there is no Digital Signature and therefore no Digital Signature check. This was merely a check during loading which is now bypassed.

Regards

Pete
