Error connectin client to server

Client 3.2.0.40

 

When clicking "CONNECT" on the client the following pos up

This really helpful error code is coming from Windows most likely.  If you look here:

It tells us "connect reset", which does not help us at all.

 

The first curiosity from your stack trace is you appear to be running the SP1 SimConnect client.  Is there a particular reason for doing so and what service level do you have installed on FSX.  Just maybe, a more recent service level of FSX is not compatible with older SimConnect clients.
