Dear Peejay,

please make sure that the activator has unrestricted access to internet. Try disabling any software that might be interfering like AntiVirus, Firewall, etc.

Hello,

Am I correct if the MTOW for the 777-300ER is 351.500 kg? Because TOPER says it's 347.400 kg. I just tried to update to the latest version, but I still get that message. Therefore I am unable to calculate takeoff performance on my flight from SIN to LHR. What is the solution to this?

Regards

Hello Anton,

mTOW will vary with the atmospheric conditions such as temperature, pressure altitude as well as runway length.

Kind regards,
