Old pilot is back and need support

Hi there,

 

Is Wilco and FeelThere the same company? I bought the Wilco CitationX when it was released and now I would need to redownload it but I can't connect to their website (www.wilcopub.com)

I tried the forgot password option, I receive the email with the new password but still doesn't work with that new password. So I tried the Contact Us link, filled the form and entered the letters on the picture, guess what? I got a message 5 times on 5 that the letters don't match.

 

I tried the old login form too without any success.

 

My question is Is there a pilot in command at Wilco Publishing and can I redownload my Citation X ?

No it's not the same company. You need to contact Wilco for purchases made at their website.

I have been able to reach Wilco support and they gave a great support! I finally download again the CitationX and I'm excited to fly it again tonight.
