Weather transfer from FS9/FSX built in weather

Recommended Posts

I am customizing very often my weather in FSX/FS9 with onboard weather configuration feature .

Question:

How can I display in FS Commander my current weather, configured in FS via built in configuration, or REX or AS.

I want to see the same information on the map with weather stations, wind direction, wind speed,  as I get it by Internet download.

I think via FSUIPC you can read out all this information. You must not show up all weather stations, but all stations close to my current flightplan waypoints.

thanks und beste Grüße an Volker

PS: I checked the forum, without success.

Hi Alhard,

Thank you for your suggestion.

Unfortunately, I can not realize this.

Our Weather download function receives only the real weather via NOAA.

The flight simulator receives the weather via Jeppesen from the same source.

Regards,

Volker

thanks Volker,

just for clarification: I do not want to transfer weather, downloaded with FSX from Jeppesen server.

I just want to see and transfer weather I created with the FSX weather engine.

I thought you have access via FSUIPC to weather data inside FSX?

If there is no solution, I should ask Pete and program it on my own.

Btw. FSC IS A GREAT PROGRAM!

danke und beste Grüsse

Alhard

Hallo Volker,

I asked Pete for assistance and here are my posts with him:

What do you think? Is my project realistic to implement it with your involvement?

The FSUIPC SDK provides all the information and interfaces for a realisation.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Alhard
