Tower stopped working Win7 64

Tower! 2011 will no longer run per Win 7 64. Deleted and reinstalled several times. Tracon 2012 is no longer working either. Trouble began 4/5. Last successful session 4/4

8 GB

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 760  2048 MB Memory

OpenAL installed

Speech set up

Tower Log not available after Uninstallining Tower! 2011 and reinstalling

To the best of my knowledge, there were no Windows updates prior to the problem and no programs were installed. Whatever the difficulty is, it affects both FeelThere products; Tower! 2011 and Tracon 2012.

 

The only anomoly prior to the programs not functioning was the process of condensing an external Ebook drive by Western Digital. The process failed to complete. The only way to stop the process was a hard reset of the computer. Tracon and Tower had no relationship to the backup drive. All other programs on the computer seem to function normally.

Tower has been uninstalled and installed several times. Per your request, I again uninstalled and installed Tower. The same results occurred. Here is the problem overview. Please advise.
