ray1853
Hi I've downloaded the demo to give FSUIPC a try. I meet the following problem. I first start FSX and set the fps at 30. Then select a flight and run FSX to have the aircraft at the gate. Now I run the demo and see the main menu showing 'Lower Frames Per Second' and below that 11 Settings:25 .2067 . I cannot change any of this and do not really understand what .2067 means. Can anyone help? Thanks. Ray
Andydigital
You are talking about FSPS Fiber Accelerator not FSUIPC, hence you are in the wrong forum section.
ray1853
Andy - thanks for that. It seems I've got this all mixed up ! The simple question I should ask is what is the connection, if any, between FSPS FSX Fibre Accelerator and FSUIPC ? Ray
Andydigital
None whatsoever ;) The FSPS support forum, where you should be ;) is at the link below. http://forum.simflight.com/forum/128-fsps-support-forum/
ray1853
Right: there's no connection but does FSUIPC do the same as FSX Fibre Accelerator and more?
Ian P
Hi, No. FSUIPC is primarily an interface between external programs and MSFS but, when registered, it also allows you to calibrate and controls in a much better way than the default options do, plus control certain aspects of the sim such as the speed of weather changes, autosaves, etc. Cheers, Ian P.
