1. I did not receive activation e-mail

Please check your 'Junk/Spam' folder as it might have been automatically blocked by the system. If it can not be found there please request a new activation e-mail.

2. I have lost my password

In case of lost password, please contact support at support[at]toper-web.com and request your password. This process is done manually and might take some time to perform, but usually it should not take more than a day. Please mention your user name and e-mail used to register your account.
