Request airlines to be added to MyTraffic 6

Recommended Posts

Please post all wishes of airlines that you would like to see with one of the next updates here. Please be explicit, tell us a bit about this airline, give us a link to more information, like the Wikipedia page about it, the homepage of the airline, etc, and make one reply per airline.

Both exist in MyTraffic, Thomas Cook needs a new paint I read.

On a closer look, MyTraffic contains KESTREL still under its proper name MyTravel, we can change that. And fortunately the livery is the same childish one as the new Condor :)

Hmm thinking of such I have seen a Thomas Cook plane but they're very rare and use the old livery. The new livery is "Sunny Heart" (https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=thomas+cook+sunny+heart&espv=2&biw=1824&bih=901&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=V_SbVefYMMLQ7AaXiY6YAw&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ)

I have the Aerosoft A321 in this livery, would it be possible to add it by myself however I don't have the Traffic Building SDK?

Never seen a Jet2 AI plane :( Is there a way to increase frequencies of certain airlines?

Most user play cannot be used as AI planes. First they are built to be diplayed once in all beauty - every system will get to its knees when you display ten of them. And often the flight properties just let it crash if flown by AI.

This said, if you change the title= entry to the MyTraffic one, and the one of the MyTraffic Aircraft to something else, then you should see it.

WEN the paint already exists, and 6.0a will have many flights with them, provided I get the new technology to collect real world data running as I plan....

Hello Mr. Burkhard, about the your last message in the other topic:

Hello! New airlines here in Brasil:

- MAP Linhas Aereas - http://www.voemap.com.br/

Modern Logistics - http://modern.com.br/

- Passaredo - http://www.voepassar...r/empresa/site/

- Colt Cargo - http://coltcargo.com.br/

- SIDERAL - http://www.sideralaircargo.com.br/

Unfortunate none of these airlines are visible in flight data, nor with 1-4 aircraft have a good chance to survive. So I need a lot of user help to add any of them.

The answer is: flight data for ALL airlines in Brasil can be get in here: http://www2.anac.gov.br/hotran/

Precisely you get the XLS file in this link for current flights: http://www2.anac.gov.br/arquivos/xls/hotran/1.5.xls

For flights that WILL BE on roster, click in this link: http://www2.anac.gov.br/arquivos/xls/hotran/1.4.xls

For example for MAP in th first xls file (Lines 3800 to 3826):

In file 1.5.xls, you will find flight data for MAP, PAssaredo and, new ones called SETE (http://voesete.com.br/), TOTAL (http://www.total.com.br/) and ABSA/TAM CARGO (http://www.tamcargo.com.br/) that i forgot to put in the list i sent you before.

The other airlines listed above can be find in "Non-regular" airlines flight list here: https://sistemas.anac.gov.br/SACI/naoregular/_relatorios/OperacoesDistribuir22.asp

MAP, PAssaredo, Total, SETE and ABSA has more than 4 aircrafts, they are big companies. The others are starting companies. They have a small fleet, but they fly like Sideral for example have a daily flight here in SBSV.

Hope this help. Any other information, please let me know and i will try to help.

Thanks!

Good question, it´s not said in the file but comparing the data in this xls file with some flights data available in airliner sites like Azul and Gol, the time of the flights in the xls are in local time.

Did an example here: MAP Linhas Aereas (Flight 5908)

Line 3816 of the XLS file:

5908 AT43 2     5             45 PAM-000008-003 11-08-2014 14-08-2014 18-08-2014 Regional 1 SBEG Aeroporto Internacional Eduardo Gomes em Manaus SWLB Lábrea 09:05 10:40

The "5" above indicates thursday flight witch is the same of the picture below.

And in the site:

Clipboard02.jpg

1 hour difference, but that´s because Brasil has some states in Summer Time. (Witch gives 1 hour +)

So, the XLS file is in local time endeed, but with differences with summer time. I think you can forget the summer time as it comes and goes often here in Brazil. It is almost impossible to deal with it.

I can look up some flights of TAM or so to get a feeling about what this means in GMT which I have other sources for.

By the way, if anybody knows similar sources on the net from other countries, please share them with us.

Hm, is this list reliable?

I see as example tons of B763 and B772 into the small airport SBCB (Cabo Frio), but on other web sites no indication of such flights. The ATR make a lot of sense there, but 772 on 30 minute flights???

Looking deaper these seem to be cargo flights, but all I find on the web are cargo flights to Miami and Amsterdam.

This the OFICIAL (governamental) source of information on aerial traffic in Brazil.

SBCB recieves a lot of cargo flights. It´s a cargo hub for the region and even recieves flights from AN124 Ruslan from Volga-Dnepr. So, i believe it´s an accurate information endeed.

Widerøe is the 2nd largest Dash 8 operator in Europe and a major player at their network of 43 airports in Norway. In addition they have international routes to the U.K., Sweden and Denmark.

The fleet consists of 41 Bombardier Dash-8 aircraft:
- 20 Dash-8 100
- 3 Dash-8 Q200
- 7 Dash-8 300
- 11 Dash-8 Q400.

Airline website: http://www.wideroe.no/en

I would really like to see Widerøe represented in My Traffic 6 as I do most of my flying in Norway struggling with high mountains and fjords in challenging weather conditions.

Thank you.

Wideroe Dash81,83 and 84 are included in MyTraffic. They only publish the DHC8-400 flights to the electronic media.

Oh, that is a pity. However, I have found a workaround. When I fly in Norway, I use UT2 (incl. Widerøe) and MT6 with your UT/live BGL file. When I fly in other countries, I use your summer 2015 BGL and kill the UTServices.exe after initializing FSX and STB2. All through batch files. Works like a charm.
