William Huang Posted June 21, 2015 Report Share Posted June 21, 2015 Hi I wonder if any one of you had this problem before: the game runs (otherwise) normally but read-backs from pilots SOMETIMES just won't play. I'm pretty sure openAL is installed and configured properly as I do hear read-backs sometimes... I'm running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (en-US) and speech recognition works fine for me. Yeah, sound card driver indeed... I figured it out before this post was even approved. My headset has some fancy sound driver feature that makes a two-channel analog audio input into a 7.1 audio output, and apparently this is causing the problem.
