P3D V3 Installers?

Recommended Posts

Hi Burkhard,

Thanks for your previous comments regarding not having time for V3 of P3D and being so honest. I know you are currently working on the next version of Mytraffic 6 so it becomes 6.0a. This will obviously be V2.5 compatible.

Could you please consider just providing proper installers for V3 for the time being for MT6 so that the majority of us can install your product without having to wait until next year and maybe roll it out when MT6.0a has been released.

Regarding the error log in V3, even PMDG aircraft have it showing but it doesn't mean anything is wrong with functionality etc..

Just a thought.

The installer isn't the issue. MT6 installs just fine, it's the communicator that is not v3 compatible. You will have to add the entries to SIMOBJECT.CFG and SCENERY.CFG manually to get it to work. Also it will NOT disable the default aircraft either, that will also need to be done manually.

VGBaron has it right, if you follow the steps in the P3D2 install post. It will work. (Not sure about how to activate the schedules though).
