Problem with Arrivals at PHX

I have downloaded two fresh versions of PHX and made clean installations each time.  But, I still get very few or even no arrivals at PHX over a one hour time period using the Real Traffic schedule starting at 1600.  Is anyone else seeing this same result?

 

I also edited out the PHX departures so that all the gates are empty, but still no arrivals.

 

Departures seem to be normal.

Yes...that's the thing with Tower...i would like to know how this program works with the schedules...because very odd things happen with all the airports.
I've done my own timetable for Phoenix and i've got the same problem: a lot of empty gates and arrivals that "should arrive" just...don't...

Same problem for me.

I note Dick Parker and Achilles's  comments. I have made my PHX schedule from flight aware schedule. I started at 1300U. There are about 25 arrivals on my schedule. Only one arrived, a cargo A/C. No pax A/C arrived. There are spare slots at the terminal. I rechecked the Terminal.txt file (modified for extra carriers) and all seems OK. Perhaps there is a glitch in the program.

 

If Nyerges Design comes up with a fix, it is important that a forum announcement is made for those who bought the product in good faith.

I've got another problem with KPHX. When i select Runway 26 for arrivals and  start the program, i've got the message " no approch lines found for selected runways" and the program shuts down. But, if i select runway 26 AND 25R/25L the program runs fine...
Anyone with the same problem ???

I have had the same problem with no arrivals and the runway 26 problem of "no approach lines found for selected runways".

To fix the runway 26 problem do the following.

Open Tower2011! folder

In Menu Data folder backup the  'menu_map_KPHX.map' file modify the original file using a text editor (i use notepad II)

In the Runway= list, Runway 26 is shown as 26R. Delete the R & save the file.

Runway 26 works after that.

I am pleased to verify that PHX works with schedules produced by Schedule Creator 19.

I've downloaded the new version and it works fine. Plenty of arrivals. I am using my own schedule from Flight aware.

A thanks to Nyerges Design's for getting on to this and fixing it in a timely manner.

Also a nice gesture of getting email to announce the fix. Much appreciated.

I don't know if it was on here or facebook, but I recall seeing an issue with cargo arrivals at KPHX. I had a FedEx arrival on 26 and it could not find a route to the South Cargo area - even on a simple "taxi to ramp" I got the dreaded "we request a more logical routing to the terminal/runway" message.

Anyone have a fix for this issue?

I know the excitement is on 3D right now, but has anyone else encountered this issue on good old Tower!2011? FYI - routing to the South Cargo terminal/ramp from 25L worked fine but not 26.
