Tower 3d pro speech recognition newbie needs help

Recommended Posts

Hi, having owned tower 3D pro since its release I finally thought I would give speech recognition a go. so I set up my system to English US, trained my voice with windows, all good so far. I thought I would take things easy by starting with St Thomas and here's where the problem starts. 1st aircraft calls up, I instruct the aircraft to push back and expect runway 28, next time I give aircraft instruction, nothing, does not recognise speech. so I exit ,start again , 1st instruction is fine then nothing again. what am I doing wrong.

Russel,

My mistake, sorry. I've been testing T!2011SE in the past few weeks and I got confused; you are right, left shift.
Could you please try to get the gamel.log and the speech.log file right after it happens and post them here?

Thank you

Vic

sorry vic but as a person whos  knowledge of computers is very limited, I'm not quite sure how to get these. ive tried using speech recognition again and the same occurs, can give first instructions "KAP8021 pushback approved, expect runway 28", after pushback and the aircraft calls up ,my second command is not being heard. ive exited the game ,but I don't know where to find the game.log/speech.log from there.

Please launch T!3DP by the tower.bat launcher and it will generate the game.log and speech.log files in the main Tower folder.

Vic
