Tower!3D PRO: Creating local traffic

I was in communication with a developer poster on the Steam forums and couldn't find any posts about editing or making a "gaandlocal" file, to make aircraft request low approaches, touch and go's and stop and go's, since when I tried to make an aircraft do it, they just say negative. Making aircraft who want to play in the VFR pattern can create a very challenging addition to the local position.

If there is already a post about this I haven't found it. I'd remove this post if directed to one. Thanks!

Edit: Apparently in the real traffic addon, aircraft make such requests? Also the command of "closed traffic approved." Once I get this going, it will be fantastic. I'm using the Steam edition of the game, 64 bit. I found a thread saying how to create local traffic but I don't have the same files.. I do not have the "Real traffic" addon at this time. I can't even have local traffic at TIST

This is your basic gaandlocaltraffic.txt file contents, it is currently for KSAN

KSAN, KSAN, 07:44, F50,  N82PC, 1, 0, 0,  82PC,  EIGHT TWO PAPA CHARLIE
KSAN, KSAN, 07:59, F50,  N15PG, 0, 1, 0,  15PG,  ONE FIVE PAPA GOLF
KSAN, KSAN, 08:05, F50,  N70AG, 0, 0, 1,  70AG,  SEVEN ZERO ALPHA GOLF

For Steam the airports are in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro\Extensions\Airfields\KSAN
and the file would be ksan_gaandlocaltraffic.txt

For TIST it would be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower 3D Pro\Extensions\Airfields\TIST
and the file tist_gaandlocaltraffic.txt

But if you do not have the Real Traffic for Tower!3D the directory structure will not exist along with another 11 different files, which you may or may not need.
