MP Connections

Can anyone give me a little help getting all my port forwards set up. I'm pretty sure I have them all correct but I'm no whiz when it comes to a lot of this stuff. I have port 21112 allowed through my windows firewall and my other protection software, but my router is confusing. It's an unlabeled frontier model, so I can't even find specific help on their website. In order to set up port forwarding it wants a global start port, local base port, and local IP. Obviously I know my own local IP but what do I put for global start port and local base port? One of them has to be 21112 obvioulsy but which one?

I have tried just about every combination of things I can think of. So far I've only been able to connect to someone, and no one can connect to me.  The one person I connected to the game froze during loading and we couldn't even play.  ANY help will be appreciated.  Thanks!
