Tower3D Pro Multiplayer Issue

As the title says, I have a issue with multiplayer when trying to play with a friend.

I have done all the requirement steps in the online manual (port forwarding and such), but my friend is not able to connect to my server.

We then tried through hamachi, still no avail.

I have the steam pro version, he does not, but according to the almighty internet that shouldn't affect it (?)

I have version v1.1.132.1235 SP2. He has version v1.1.132.1233 SP2.

I dont know if the steam and non-steam have diffrent versions when completely up to date (how to update the non-steam version otherwise?)

 

Help is appreciated, I already searched through this forum, all the solutions posted here dont work.

Hmmmm - I thought I had the most current Pro version (non-Steam). Mine is v1.1.132.1197 SP2. Can anyone confirm?

Yes crbascott, that is the Pro version I have as well. I just downloaded from FeelThere and installed on August 4th.

My friend bought/downloaded the game 2 or 3 days ago I think. Maybe there was an update inbetween 4th of August and then?
