treg747
Hi all, I purchased Tower!2011:SE (Steam Edition) few days ago. I was really surprised that i have to be logged in my Steam account during play (even i am not going to use multiplayer mode). Are there any options to play offline? The reason i am asking is to play this game during travelling on my laptop (in this case without voice recognition ;-) and without internet connection). Thanks in advance. FeelThere_Vic
If Steam is asking you to stay connected you may want to check Steam's own forum how to unlock it.

Hi, thank you for your quick response, Just to make one thing clear, not Steam is asking me to stay connected, but Tower!2011 SE refuses to start and claiming for being connected. But anyway i will ask Steam as well and get you informed. For my understanding is the non SE version of Tower!:2011 also required to be online ? treg747
So until now there is no solution. Steam support is not able to help. They had some suggestions i already had done before. Now they directed me back to this forum. In addition i deinstalled and reinstalled Tower2011:SE again and also have checked my Steam client and game updates. But no online connection, no game play. I have to mention that all other Steam games i purchased (Tower!3dPro for example) are nicely running offline as well. I am little bit disappointed that i have to deal with two partners (Steam and Feelthere) to get my issue solved, but no success. Please dont get me wrong, if a game has to have an online connection and this is stated before, thats o.k. But in this case i would not buy it.
