Unable to Download Real Traffic & Real Colors

Hi everyone,

 

Just a quick one, I am unable to download the Real Color & Real Traffic that I have purchased previously.  I am reinstalling them on my laptop as I have moved country to where my main PC (Cyprus) is and i am unable to access it from the (UK) it keeps saying there is an issue with my password.  Although I have only used the links to download from the install email.  I have emailed BMT Micros just waiting on a reply,  but how long that will take is anybodies guess.

Any suggestions on how to rectify this situation?

You've done the right thing - working with BMT is your only option. For me, I got a response in 10 minutes. I can't promise you that but by all accounts they are very responsive.

Thanks for the info, emailed them at around 11pm UK time yesterday, still haven't received a reply.  Which is not good but will wait another day before I email them again, its strange that the real color and traffic can only be downloaded for a certain time after purchase.

Seems like BMT might be monitoring things or someone has got in touch with them. Just received new download links from them.
