What FSX or Prepar3D versions can support to write Viewpoints?

The Ground Altitude is just a straight copy from the value supplied to FSUIPC by SimConnect.  To check, go to the FSUIPC Options "Logging" tab. On the right-hand side enter 0020 as the offset and U32 at the type. Then check "Normal Log" below to get the values logged in FSUIPC's Log file as they change. You can also select FS Window to have it displayed in real time on screen, but the Log contains more details, such as exactly what Simconnect returns.
