installed and do not hear Traffic 3 D Sounds!

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I just bought (last Friday) Traffic 3 D sounds and have installed them as written in the manual but do not hear them. Before that I used in my sim (P3DV4) UT2

and Audio enviroment. Now I have switched to UTLive and AConstable Traffic sound 3 D. The file Traffic 3D_Sounds is in C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D vchoose files... Click to choose files 4\SimObjects\Misc

as specified. I have the feeling to hear only a dull rumbling and not different engines. (same engine sound for all aircraft). Enclosed you will find my Prepare3D.cfg.

Any help is appreciate.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Fabian

O.K. ! The traffic 3 D Sounds are working now. Can anyone please let me know how I get the takeoff and thrust reverser sounds? It would be great to hear them aswell.

Thanks!

Cheers,

Fabian

Hi X—Man,

have you checked your Prepar3D.CFG? Sound Lod=0? Have you mooved the file Traffic 3 D Sounds to SimObjects/Misc? Do you hear any sound? At least you should hear the inviroment sounds of the airport. If you do not hear anything, please check aswell your equipment. In my case the first time I did not hear anything. I had just chosen the wrong speaker.

Please let me know if you have fixed it? If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask again.

Best Regards,

Fabian
