Aircraft Profiles FSUIPC 4 and 5

I have two separate questions. Thanks

1) Is it possible to bring over aircraft Profiles from FSUIPC 4 to 5?

2) Also could the saved  profiles in FSUIPC 4 or 5 be saved somewhere else as a backup and put back into the sim /fsuipc program with a  "copy and paste" action to the necessary folder if I have to re-install PD3V4 or FSX-SE again. I want to avoid having to set up profiles again for so many aircraft in the event of a necessary re-install of the PD3v4 or FSX-SE programs.

1. Yes - just rename your FSUIPC4.ini file as FSUIPC5.ini (located in the Modules directory of your main sim install folder)

2. Yes - just keep a backup of your FSUIPC4.ini (or FSUIPC5.ini) files, and any specific aircraft profile files if you use that feature (located in the Modules/Profiles subdirectory) and restore them to re-use.
