Voice Recognition

Hi,

Today i bought Tower 3D Pro from steam and the Gatwick airport add-on with the real colours and real traffic. My voice recognition won't work and I've tried everything including training my speech recognition and changing my language to English U.S however it still won't work. Please can someone tell me how to fix this issue as I've been trying to rectify it for hours however I still cannot find a way to make it work.
