Can't register fsuipc5 for p3d

Sorry to bother you. 

I have purchased Fsuipc5 for P3d through the Simmarket website. When I enter the serial number provided I get an invalid serial number message. How can I resolve this.

Please make sure that you are using the same name, email address and key as in your SimMarket purchase email (best to copy/paste).

Following up on your PM, your license is for FSUIPC4, which is not valid for FSUIPC5.

Thank you for your reply. I do have a licence for fsuipc4 for fsx but in the last week I have made the change to P3D. As a result I purchased Fsuipc5 for that.

As you suggest I will try the cut and paste method to see if that works. I will let you know.

As you suggested I have tried cutting and pasting the serial and order details from my Simmarket account. However, I still get an invalid key message.
