Crack while configuring the FMU

Since installation, I could online use my Feelthere Ejets 170-190 in my P3D4 once, since everytime I´m get to configure the FMI, the system crack and closes P3D4. Do anyone has or has had the same problem? How can I fix it?

Without details on the steps you are taking, exactly, support cannot begin to duplicate the issue.

Please provide the following:

Plane(s)

Route programmed into MCDU including ALL waypoints, transitions and runways.

Exact process, keyboard commands, mouse clicks, knobs turned, etc that result in game crash duplication.

A saved P3D FLT file from just before the crash can be duplicated (please attach file to your post outlining the above needed information)
