Is STB compatible with AIM-OCI?

Recommended Posts

I normally do custom-compilation of traffic using AIFP, but decided to switch to AIG's AI Manager-OCI.

However after doing so, I'm seeing quite a few missing flight numbers even after re-running configuration on the latest v5 compatible version of STB.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Yes, working fine here.  You'll only get full flight numbers after compiling the airport database.  The simulator only publishes them over SimConnect ones an AI aircraft is something other than parked, which is a legacy all the way from FSX.

I’ve compiled the database multiple times. No change after compilation. I wonder if it matters in what directory are my AIM traffic files, because I am not seeing them being scanned whilst Compile is running.

STB knows how to read the Prepar3D AddOn infrastructure so can find AIG or any other add-on for that matter.  Please set up a verbose trace as per appendix C of the STB user guide, compile the airport database, close STB and then send me the trace file.  Please tell me where you think the AIG folders are (i.e. the OCI Settings)

Thanks

Simon
