Unable to read aircraft data via FSUIPC

From my VA Acars client, suddenly not able to read the data from FSUIPC, here are the exact log entries:

 

[10:18:28] Cannot retrieve current Aircraft position from FSUIPC
[10:18:28] Error processing data
[10:18:28]    at Gvagroup.Acars.FSUIPC.IFly.ReadData(IFlyData& d) in D:\ACARS3\FSUIPCBridge\Src\IFly.cs:line 102
   at Gvagroup.Acars.FSUIPC.FSUIPCBridge.GetPositionData(Boolean& forceReload) in D:\ACARS3\FSUIPCBridge\Src\PositionData.cs:line 1431

 

I get this both when I run the client on the same computer or a remote computer via WideFS.

That seems to be an issue with Acars, have you tried their support?

You could post your FSUIPC log files, in case there is an error there.
