It will replace your old version and keep your settings. You only buy FSUIPC4 once. You are actually expected to want to keep it up to date, and we want that too as we cannot support old versions. BTW you posted this in the Download Links subforum. As it is just a support question you should have posted here, in the Support Forum, to which I moved it.
