Alex Lester
Very new Prepar3D v5 install, I don't use a AI aircraft program, I've only loaded one custom made AI traffic .bgl. I remember how I loved STB "follow AI" feature back in my FS9 days so got the new STB program today. I have installed the STB Client V5 and the STB Data Server V5, these are installed with the Prepar3D v5 all in my computer's D: drive. What am I doing wrong? Connecting to Prepar3D V5, please wait. Simulator connection successful. Connecting to STB Data Server (STB-DS). Closing all connections due to error. FLW.STB.Utilities.StbDisconnectException: Unable to contact SuperTrafficBoard Data Server. STB will be disconnected. flying-w
Very sorry, for some reason the forum forgot to notify me about your problem. Can you send me the following files please? It's almost always a configuration or firewall issue. 1) STB Client a) TrafficBoardFrontEnd.exe.config, which is in your install folder. b) SimConnect.cfg from My Documents 2) Simulator Computer 1) SimConnect.xml from your Prepar3D Application Data folder 2) STBServer.exe.config, from your STB Server install folder. Thanks Simon
