ERROR when trying to record a loaded previous flight

Anyone know why am I seeing this error message when I try to record a loaded flight?

I 'm sure I've installed the pre-requisites.. (over and over and some more!) but it just refuses to work :0(

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me ;0)

Yes. In fact I have spent the last hour or so loading and loading/playing/recording from just about every point of the sim from the Homepage to the Cockpit and I get the same error every time.
