Engines turning off during descend, 2000ft, 4000ft, 6000ft, 10000ft is missing in MCP

I got a problem with e-jets, engines just turning off during crusing/descend and I cannot solve it, can someone help?

Subject line and comments in post don't match?  Are there two questions? Engines and autopilot altitude settings?

Check that you don't have multiple yoke/throttle switches/levers/buttons programmed to do the same function or to turn off the engines.  Check the configuration utility (run as admin) and the game's assignments.

Missing altitudes? What do you mean? You can't set or adjust the altitudes?

Try holding the CTRL key when adjusting the altitude selector knob?

CTRL key is not helping, and I don't have any multipled buttons...  I reinstalled many times...

I think you going to have to give some more information/description with photos/videos, so it’s clear what is happening. Everyone is trying to guess from one line of info.

When you say you’ve re-installed, have you re-installed Prepar3D too?
