If you accept/trust the module and continue, doesn't it run correctly?
If FSX continually mistrusts the FSUIPC4.dll, please see this FAQ entry:

What version if FSX are you running? Your log file shows:
      fsx.exe version = 10.0.62607.0
Not sure what this version is - have you installed SP1 and SP2? This should be updated automatically if using Steam - my steam FSX shows the following version:
      fsx.exe version = 10.0.62615.0
Can you check your FSX is up to date. Also note that the current/latest release will not work with the latest FSX beta - there is a specific version available for this, but it is recommended not to use this beta as it was only released to collect more info for the development if FSX.

Can you also show me your FSUIC4 Install.log please.

You are using FSX version 10.0.62607.0, but you only have the following SimConnect SDKs installed:

    Found SimConnect build 10.0.60905.0
    Found SimConnect build 10.0.61242.0
    Found SimConnect build 10.0.61259.0

Could you check and see what is in the folder
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X Steam Edition\SDK
One of those folders should be named after the FSX or SDK version number (mine is called SP1a) and inside that folder there should be an installer for the SDK - the one I have is called fsx_sdk_sp1a.exe. Could you find a similar file on your system (let me know the folder and file name please) and try running that. That should install the SDK valid for your FSX version.
Once that is done, re-run the FSUIPC4 installer and try again. Any issues, send me your latest FSUIPC4 Install.log again as well as FSUIPC4.log file, if available.

You can also try using the FSUIPC4_Loader.dll. I don't know much about this (before my time!). but the Installing and Registering FSUIPC4.pdf states:
Quote

The ‘emergency use only’ FSUIPC4_Loader
The Loader DLL is an optional component which may help get passed the strange SimConnect
crashes after initially installing FSUIPC4. If you've had these before, then try copying the
FSUIPC4_Loader.DLL into the FS Modules folder and then re-run the Installer.

i have done all you said

Can you please be more specific...did you find such a folder an SDK installer and if so what were they called? Did you re-install FSUIPC4 - and if so, where is your new installation log?  Did you try using the loader? If so, what happened - and can you show me your FSUIP4.log file from when using that...

Did you try running as admin?

What do you mean by this? SimConnect is an API, how can you run this? The fsx_sdk_sp1a.exe file is an installer that should install the SimConnect API version you need for the version installed.

HOWEVER , your latest FSUIPC4 Install.log now shows that you DO have the correct SimConnect version installed for your build of FSX:

Quote

INSTALLATION FOR FSX:
SetupPath="C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X Steam Edition\"
Checking version of the FSX EXE:
... Version 10.0.62607.0  (Need at least 10.0.60905.0)
...

Found SimConnect build 10.0.62607.0
...

What happens now when you run FSX? Can you show me your latest FSUIPC4.log file please.

You have also installed FSX under your Program Files (x86) folder. It is not recomended to install under this folder due to windows permissions/security. In fact, as this is a steam install, FSX should be installed under your Steam folder....

As a test, try running FSX with Admin privileges to see if that makes a difference...

I did it did nothing

What does this mean? Can you please be more explicit in what you have tried and what occurred, and answer my direct questions. Also attach your updated files, otherwise I cannot help you.

I would like to see an FSUIPC4.log file generated after you ran the simconnect installer.

Did you try running as admin? If so, where is the log file from this?

How did you install FSX? I think you may need to uninstall and re-install using the Steam client. But let me look at the log files first.

I think it would be best if you uninstalled FSX and re-installed from the Steam client.
My FSX on windows 7 is currently unavailable/corrupted as I recently cleaned-out some swappable disks. I am also going to re-install FSX from steam on my Windows 7 system to see where and what it installs...

I have re-installed steam on my win7 system, and downloaded and installed FSX. The version this installs is 10.0.62615.
I then ran FSX once, then installed FSUIPC4. I did get some registry issues (most probably due to duff registry entries from my previous installation), but the installer detected and fixed these. I then ran FSX again and FSUIPC4 was installed and working correctly.

Did you try updating your FSX installation from the steam client? If not, try that. Otherwise uninstall and re-install. If you re-install, do not install into a windows protected folder, such as Program Files or Program Files (x86). With steam games, better to install under steamapps (the default), although not strictly necessary.
